About STAT Wound Care Services

Wound care is a complex and dynamic process which includes the restoration of cellular structures and tissue layers. Whether the wound is due to an accident, infection, or surgical procedure (like lacerations, contusions, or abrasions), these typical soft-tissue injuries are able to be treated by the precision of a board-certified plastic surgeon, like Dr. Charles Virden, and our STAT Wound Care experts, Aleah Hartung, PA-C and Regina Pedersen, PA-C.

Prior to treatment, our skilled team will be able to effectively determine the severity and type of care needed to ensure the best possible results. In most cases, the more severe and complex the wound, the more extensive the surgical reconstruction, closure, and recovery. Additionally, our wound care experts are well versed in non-surgical treatment options whichcan help provide proper healing.
