About Our Facility at Charles P. Virden, MD
Serving patients in Northwest Nevada near Reno, the office of Charles P. Virden MD focuses on plastic and reconstructive surgery. Reception Area
When patients visit the office of Dr. Charles P. Virden, they will be greeted by our spacious, professionally decorated reception area. Patients can check in at the front desk and complete any paperwork that is needed before their appointment or consultation. The staff at the front desk is happy to answer any questions you may have before your appointment. Once you are checked in, you can relax in the waiting area by enjoying a show on our big screen TV, or browsing our reading material. You can also use the time to fit a little peace and quiet into your busy day.
Consultation Rooms
Before any surgery or treatment, patients will meet board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Charles Virden or a member of his medical staff for a thorough consultation. In our 4 private, comfortable consultation rooms, patients can talk about their concerns, needs, medical history, goals, and expectations to help Dr. Virden create their unique treatment plan. Using New Look Now® simulation software, Dr. Virden can help patients visualize their potential results for any procedures they are considering. Financing and appointment scheduling can also be completed in the patient’s consultation room.
Minor Procedures Room
To efficiently treat patients with the greatest consideration to their valuable time, Charles P. Virden, MD has a well-equipped minor procedures room where certain plastic surgeries and cosmetic treatments can be performed with the patient under local or oral sedation. Cosmetic surgeries like an eyelid lift, lip augmentation, brow lift, mole removal, or scar revision can be performed in the minor procedures room in most cases. Surgeries that require general anesthesia or more complex equipment will be performed at a nearby accredited surgical facility.
