Meet Esperanza

We are so happy to welcome Esperanza “Espy” Vasquez to our office as our Administrative Assistant of Surgery. Espy has been in the medical/surgical industry for many years and was the Surgery Scheduler at one of the busiest outpatient surgery centers in Reno for 9 years.

 In that capacity she handled surgery scheduling, insurance benefits verification, insurance prior authorization, patient payments, and more. Following that position, Espy was a Client Services Specialist at a specialty lab for a year where she focused on client relations and customer service. Now she has found her home in our office assisting our patients as they plan for their surgical procedures. Espy will be focused on scheduling surgeries and collaborating with our third-party insurance biller to obtain prior authorizations.

Espy is married to her longtime love, Omar and together they have 3 kids and a beautiful granddaughter. In her spare time, Espy loves to hit the gym and cook up a storm in the kitchen where she is known around the office for her special spicy salsa.
